How the AI is used
A language model reads what the customer writes and works out what they mean. The rules around it are ours and yours: what it may answer, what it must hand to a person, and what it must never do. A person can read back what it said.
What we will not do
- Hide that it is an AI.
- Ours says so in its first message, and again whenever it is asked.
- Let it take money in a chat.
- Payment happens outside the conversation, never inside it.
- Give one agent nine jobs.
- An agent with one job can be tested. An agent with nine cannot.
