One of the widely popular rent a car options in the UAE—Indigo Rent a Car has been known for its tremendous fleet of cars, affordable rates and offers, customer service and a wide network of car rental stations throughout the UAE. We have been associated with the brand for more than 5 years and have played a big part in its growth.

The Journey

Our role for Indigo Rent a Car entails maintaining a digital presence for the brand to keep the customers engaged and connected at all times. A dedicated community management team looks over the customer queries and questions received online. One of the milestones achieved over the last 5 years includes the launch of an app for their customers to rent cars conveniently.

The challenge was to shift the customers from conventional methods to the app but the app installs went up to 10,000 installs in the first two months through performance marketing and communication educating the customers about the benefits of the app. 

Today, 90% of the business comes from the app itself and the customer feedback has been tremendous.
