The Challenge

UAE offers a very fast-paced life where people often forget about their wellness and being a concrete jungle, most of the people do not have access to recreational areas within their household. Due to harsh weather in UAE, it is very hard to manage plants. 

HomeSupplies wanted to spread awareness as well as encourage buying indoor and outdoor plants as per weather and educate how to care for them. They also wanted to spread information on the importance of plants for general wellness.

The overall image of the brand needed a better, more focused direction, and communication format. The actual message was weak and overall visibility was also low.

The Big Idea

The initial brand strategy, phase 1, was focused on the introduction and awareness of the brand and what it offers, which was planned and executed through targeted promotions and marketing tools. We designed proper catalogs and opted for automated communication for a better connection with clients. This resulted in brand visibility. 

In Phase 2, to further improve engagement and convert orders, an e-commerce website was designed that focused solely on generating leads. The overall brand identity was improved and design direction was implemented in social media communication to uplift the image.

The Achievements

As it is a niche interest the progress took some time to gain momentum, yet it was steady. Whatsapp customers were converted to website buyers through targeted promotions initially and then were further improvised with a new audience. 

Artwing Studio kept the Communication approach clear with focused targeting. Currently, we take pride in sharing that the brand caters to thousands of people and helps them add life to their spaces. The sale counts 5x more since we came on board and growing.
