A multi-brand, e-commerce platform for baking supplies in the UAE approached us with an aim to reshape their brand position and to grow the sales online. The brand targets home bakers and provides them a wide range of high quality baking products at reasonable prices and for a business like that, they lacked the ZHUZZ that we helped create.
The first step for us was to find the right look and feel for the brand and show the application for the different products the brand is selling. We started with an overhaul of the digital platforms, created strategies to get more UGC and customer reviews to help us win trust from other new audiences we were targeting.
The performance marketing strategy included a full-funnel marketing approach where we experimented with new audiences and retargeting, the online revenue grew up to 40% within the first month and a completely new customer base that has now been returning to the store for good.
