Atmosphere fitness is Karachi’s largest fitness facility. Located at I.I. Chundrigar Road – in the heart of the city, it was conceived to redefine the idea of fitness. With State of the art equipment and a world class facility, it was here to change the lives of people working in the financial district of the city.

The Challenge

We took on Atmosphere just as when it opened its door for the clients. One of the challenges was to get people in the surrounding financial markets of I.I. Chundrigar Road, Shahrae Liaqat and M.A. Jinnah Road to get to know about this facility. The bigger challenge here was to educate them about the benefits of incorporating fitness in their daily lives. 

As opposed to many high-end fitness establishments across the city, Atmosphere fitness started off with just its male wing. This meant the communication was based on one gender only. We wanted to register it as a fitness brand for all – later opening doors to the females too.

The Big Idea

Our brief was quite simple: to get as much footfall on-floor as possible. 

This meant two things for us – create a brand image that could tell about the state-of-the-art equipment and its grand size and also to get as many sales leads as possible. Our visual communication had been solely focused on photography showcasing the facility and its offerings. 

To get as many sales leads as possible, we ran campaigns for people to subscribe to their social media handles. In order to get more people on the floor, multiple lead ad campaigns were also initiated that got them some genuine leads and the type of crowd they were seeking. 

All this, combined with the on-floor gym activities alongside the celebrity visits created quite a stir on social media.

Design Direction and Visual Communication

The visuals were more image-based as well as motivational to show activities and space. The overall look and feel were Clean yet bold and impactful.

The Achievements

With a facility that had zero footfall through its digital platforms, we were able to generate traffic on the gymfloor that helped them convert alot of potential customers. Due to the magnitude of the facility, the digital talkability went to a next level as instead of the targetted market, it now went all across Karachi. 

With active coverage of events such as celebrity and sportsmen visits alongside the dignitaries such as the Chief Minister and the Governor of Sindh, it got the right push through organic way and at times some third party media also helped in amplifying it.
