Khasoaam is a brand dedicated to offering innovative, natural, and delicious dried fruit snacks. Their product line focuses on dried fruit options like mango, guava, plum, and more, with a commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. The brand's mission is to provide healthy, convenient alternatives to traditional sugary snacks, using authentic fruit flavors. They also offer various bundle packs and promotional offers to meet diverse customer preferences.

Problem Statement:

Khasoaam faced challenges in maintaining consistent performance with their advertising efforts, leading to low return on ad spend (ROAS). They struggled to attract new customers and experienced difficulty retaining existing ones, which led to a low repeat purchase rate. Additionally, their average order value was below expectations, indicating the need for better strategies to encourage higher-value purchases. These issues resulted in inefficient marketing spend and limited growth potential for the brand.

Solution

We initiated a performance marketing plan for them where we decided to approach omni-channel marketing and use Tiktok ads as well for bringing in the sales. We implemented a full funnel approach focusing on top of the funnel which defines the audience which are new customers. Middle of the funnel audience includes those who have interacted with our brand like engaged on an ad, visited our website or watched our ad. Then comes the bottom of the funnel where we targeted the people who are a hot audience who have taken significant action on our website like clicked on add to cart, initiated checkout etc. We achieved great results with 1.98M PKR in revenue with only 300,000 PKR adspent with ROAS of 6.6x including meta, instagram and tiktok ads. As a result we have seen improvement in the performance in terms of sales, conversion rate jumped from 3.25% to 4.3%. And Returning customer rate from 4.52% to 7.01% which resulted in higher revenue and profits for the business.
