Founding Member Terms
Written plainly on purpose. Sections 1–10 are the programme; 11–17 are the fine print (liability, data, force majeure). If anything’s unclear, just email us before you apply.
1. What you get
45 days of our full AI SEO programme — weekly articles published to your content hub, the AI Visibility Tracker, keyword and technical work, indexing, and monthly reports — complimentary. No fee and no card for the 45-day term.
2. No obligation, no auto-charge
We never take card details to start, and nothing renews automatically. At day 45 we send you a results summary and you decide, from your dashboard, whether to continue. If you do nothing, the programme simply ends — you are never charged by default.
3. Your content is yours
Every article we publish for you is yours to keep, during and after the programme. If you don’t continue, we send you a full export (articles + tracking history, CSV/Markdown) within 7 days. You can use, edit, or move that content however you like.
4. What we need from you, and how we use your data
To deliver and prove results, you grant us:
- Google Search Console access on your domain (to track search performance and submit content),
- Google Analytics access (Viewer) plus your GA4 property ID (to report traffic), and
- one DNS record to point your content hub.
We use this access only to run your programme — publish content, track results, and build your reports. We do not sell or share your data, change your website’s settings, manage your ads, or use your access for anything outside your programme. You can remove our access at any time — but without it we can’t publish or report, so your programme pauses. We keep your content and tracking data for the duration of the programme and your export; tell us if you’d like it deleted after you leave.
5. Keeping your spot
Spots are limited (200 per cohort) and held by activation. To keep yours, complete setup (the access in §4 + approving your first content brief) within 5 days of being confirmed. If setup isn’t complete in time, your spot is released to the next business on the waitlist — out of fairness to everyone applying. You can re-apply for a later cohort.
- One spot per business. Apply separately for separate businesses.
- Real, live Pakistani business websites only. We verify this; free subdomains/builders and dead sites don’t qualify.
6. What we promise — and what we don’t
We guarantee deliverables, not rankings: every article, audit, and tracker run is delivered and documented each month. SEO compounds over 3–6 months, so 45 days shows leading indicators (content indexed, impressions, early AI citations), not guaranteed sales. We don’t do backlinks or manage your Google Business Profile (see the main page for why).
7. If you continue (day 45)
Continuing is optional and active — you choose it from your dashboard. Founding Members lock PKR 39,000/mo (public price PKR 59,000). You can also switch to a lighter option — Google SEO (PKR 35,000/mo) or the AI Visibility Tracker (PKR 12,000/mo) — or stop and keep your content. Continuing is billed by bank transfer and confirmed by our team; nothing is charged automatically.
8. Emails
Setup and account emails (confirmation, reminders, your decision) are part of the service and are sent for as long as you’re a member. Monthly progress updates are optional — every one has an unsubscribe link. Replies reach a real person at web@artwingstudios.com.
9. Eligibility
Open to established Pakistani businesses with a live website. Not for agencies or freelancers reselling the work, or for brand-new sites with no business behind them.
10. Changes
We may adjust cohort size, timing, or these terms for future cohorts; changes won’t reduce what a current member was promised for their 45-day term. Pricing for continuing is locked for you as a Founding Member as described above.

11. Provided “as is” — no guarantees
We deliver the programme with care and commit to deliverables, but we do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control (search and AI-engine algorithms, your market, and your own website and operations). The programme is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artwing Studios and its owners, employees, contractors and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, lost goodwill, reputational harm, or business interruption — arising from or relating to the programme. Because the founding term is provided free of charge, our total liability for the founding term is limited to PKR 0; for any paid period, our total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid us in the preceding one month.
13. Data & security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data and the access you grant. However, no system is ever completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from data breaches, hacking, malware, phishing, unauthorized access, interception, or loss/corruption of data — whether occurring on our systems, your systems, or any third party’s — except to the extent directly caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. You are responsible for the security of your own accounts (Google, hosting, email, domain) and for the access you choose to grant, and for keeping your own backups.
14. Third-party services
The programme depends on third parties we do not control — including Google (Search Console, Analytics, Search), your hosting/DNS providers, payment channels, and AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others). We are not responsible for their outages, errors, data handling, policy or algorithm changes, account suspensions, pricing, deprecation, or any action they take that affects your results, your access, or your data.
15. Events beyond our control (force majeure)
We are not liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government or regulatory action, sanctions, and power, internet, telecom, hosting or cloud-provider outages or cyber-attacks.
16. Your responsibilities & indemnity
You confirm that you own — or are authorised to act for — your business, your website, and every account you connect, and that your business, website, and any materials you give us are lawful and do not infringe anyone’s rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artwing Studios, its owners, employees, contractors and partners from and against any third-party claim, demand, loss, damage, fine, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your business or content, your use of the programme, the access you grant us, or your breach of these terms.
17. Suspension, governing law, and the rest
We may suspend or end the programme at any time for abuse, illegal use, non-payment (for paid periods), or breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi, Pakistan. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These terms (plus the programme details on the page) are the entire agreement for the founding programme.
